2020 had brought upon us a circumstance that almost none of us were prepared for. This year is leaving us fighting for our freedom to move and social balance.
Collins Consulting had been hit by the COVID-19 pandemic, like many other firms in our industry, severely. We have been working hard to contain the situation. Today we can say, we are doing 'fine'. Standing firm without any support, and we will be there after the pandemic passes.
There are however many, less fortunate, who need help. People trying to make ends meet. To survive, also mentally. Families who are trying to make Christmas time special for their kids. Elderly distanced from their loved ones... Our heart goes out to them and & we are thankful that there are organisations who care, support and give comfort.
For this reason the partners of Collins Consulting decided this year end to skip sending greeting cards and from "wichteln" (exchanging Christmas gifts within our team). Instead we triple the budget from our own and donate it all to Caritas, one of the charities helping the most needy.
Our customers are in the center of everything we do - we are convinced though that this time this is the right thing to do, and that our customers understand and support our move.
